Our salmon are headed up the Copper River, one of the largest river systems on the coast. Copper River salmon put on extra oil reserves to make that journey, and this makes them some of the best tasting wild salmon available.

Our halibut and sablefish come from the deep waters of Prince William Sound, where snow-capped mountains and glaciers meet the sea.

All of our fish are from MSC certified, Best Choice sustainable fisheries, and are packed with flavor, lean protein and Omega 3 fatty acids.

OUR STORY
Marc Carrel has been commercial fishing out of Cordova, Alaska since 2007. Originally from Switzerland, he brings Swiss precision and cleanliness to his FV Silver Moon. He started Silver Moon Seafoods because he wanted to personally know the people who are buying and cooking his fish.
